Is the Xcaret Primax Dolphin Swim discounted at all?

As of right now the Primax Dolphin Swim is not discounted but the other swims were. Today, June 15 is suppose to be of the last day of the 50% promotion. When are you going to Mexico?

I attempted to make reservations for July 17th for several people and it did not show any discounts…..

I also wanted to book this excursion. I was planning on booking this weekend since I would be off work and able to sit down and book it. The sale was suppose to go on until Dec 2009 so I thought I could at least wait till the weekend. We are going July 23rd to Cozumel and I needed 2 tickets. Can you help me out with this?

I was really disappointed when I tried to book the 50% this weekend and found that it was no longer offered. I looked at this website before and didn’t see anywhere that the offer would end on June 15, so I was planning to book this weekend when I had the time from work. Is there anyway to still get the Royal Dolphin Swim for 2 people at the 50% off price? We will be on a Carnival cruise and be there in Cozumel on July, 23rd. I think Lisa Hatcher also sent you a message. We are traveling with them and had planned to do this excursion together.

Hi Ginger,
The company put up more than 100 spaces at 50% starting June 4, 2009. Once all those spaces were sold, the sale was over. Unfortunately for you, all those spaces were sold out last week. We would love to have your business and if you want to swim with the dolphins in Mexico, please let us know.
The program in Cozumel is amazing and you will love participating in the program.

I thought I would explain the rules better to you….
* Promotion valid for purchases made from June 4th, 2009 and while supplies last, swimming between June 4th and December 15th, 2009.
It states while supplies last, which was 100 spaces, the company put up at 50% off. Which were all sold last week. These spaces were good till December 2009.
We would love for you to book this Swim with the Dolphins program in Cozumel Mexico. Remember, the day the cruise ship comes into Cozumel, the dolphin swim sell out quickly.

The reason you did not see any discounts because all the discounted spaces were sold out by June 14. The company decided to put 100 spaces on sale and they were snapped up quickly.
We would love for you take advantage of swimming the dolphin in Mexico. July 17th is coming up soon and the summer is the busiest time of the year.

Hi Pam,
All the spaces the company had put on sale were sold out last week. Once these discounted spaces were sold, that was the end of the sale.
I hope you still will swim with the dolphins in Mexico!!! The programs in Mexico are amazing and beautiful.

OK, now I understand why everyone is writing us. We posted it on the blog at the beginning of the month June 1 but the email goes out on the 15th and 30th to tell everyone what is on the blog. Not the best timing and sorry for the inconvenience to you and your family.
