Should Dolphin Be Released into Wild?
Kitana, a 2 year old female dolphin, is being rehabilited at Gulf World marine park. They found Kitana off the shore and she was very sickly. Now she is living the good life for now at the park, eating and playing. She is getting healthy quickly. The reason I say for now, because the last dolphin at Gulf World that was nursed to health and set free got ate by Sharks almost immediately after the release.
The protocol by the Marine Fishery Act requires animals to be set free after they are healthy enough.
You need to see this news clip and give me your opinion < See Video >…
Interesting isn’t it. Should Kitana be released?
God Bless,
John

Well, this is a another good example of a marine park making out they are good souls who are really interested in dolphin welfare. They save a dolphin and then kid us that keeping her in captivity for her own protection from natural prediators is enough justifcation that she should face a life kept in captivity so they can make lots of money! Wake up to this con!

Hi Paul,
I am not sure if you read story or watch the video, but Gulf World is helping the injured dolphin and letting them go back into the wild. The only thing is, once the dolphins are let go into the wild, they are eaten by the sharks. So that was my question to everyone, should they let the dolphin go back into the wild or not?
God Bless,
John
