The fall months are a great time to travel to Oahu Hawaii. If you need to find out more about this beautiful island, then you need to check out this article about Oahu from TropicalAdventure.com. Many people ask us how to swim with the dolphins because they are nervous or have lots of questions about the dolphin swim. Rightfully so, the dolphins are very big animals and you should know what you are getting into before purchasing the dolphin program.

Here is an article for those that need more clarification on what is going to happen during their dolphin swim. Now the biggest thing is each location we promote has different behaviors and most facilities let the dolphins dictate which behaviors they want to preform that day.

You may have a favorite behavior, like the dorsal fin ride, the peck ride, the toe push, or the free swim with the dolphins. Each can be a lot of fun. As you can see, I really love the dorsal fin ride, this where you get to feel and touch the dolphins, plus enjoy the power and rush of their strength as they pull you through the water. it so neat when you see others that have a challenge like blindness and they get to be with the dolphins. This group that are all blind had a chance to enjoy a Dolphin Encounter in Miami. Here is a video of their experience and it is a very inspirational video too.

We had a really fun family from Georgia that was staying in North Miami Beach and wanted to do the dolphin encounter in Miami. Since they booked more than 30 days in advance they get this video FREE because they booked early and reserved the pick up service. The pick up service is where a van comes to your hotel / residence and brings you to the dolphin facility. The video is a great souvenir and as you can see they had blast with the video.

They did the Dolphin Encounter which is the Non-Swim program with the dolphins, which means, they only spend the time in shallow water. But as you will see, you can still have fun in this program too. It costs less than the dolphins swim and may be a great alternative if price is a concern for you. Check out the video…..

The Grand Cayman swim with dolphins program may be on your agenda when coming to this beautiful island but there is so much to do here besides the Dolphin program. Here is a video of things to do while in Grand Cayman and you get a sense of what to do here on the island.

The video missed the famous Turtle farm which is great attraction but it does get a sense of the island activities. Do you have any other suggestions of activities and food on the island?
