The simple answer is ” YES “. The cruise line would prefer that you would book ALL shore excursions with them. If you call the cruise line about shore excursions, they will do try their best to make you, as a cruise customer, nervous to reserve any activities on your own because they make a lot of revenue from the shore excursions.

Here are some things to consider if you make your dolphin reservation on your own.

• If you book directly with us, you will be saving money.
• If you book early, 30 – 60 days, you will get a substantial discount, 10 – 15 % off if you book online and save even more money.
• The savings will help pay for your Taxi or Ground Transportation to the Dolphin Facility and have some extra money in your pocket.

It is truly an amazing feat of wonder to see a Killer Whale give birth. If you have never seen it, it will change the way you look at Whales and sea life forever. It is truly looks like a miracle.  Sea World a renowned theater of dolphins and killer whale exhibits had one such miracle happen to them personally. The birth of the now gorgeous Kalina.

I mean words really do not accurately express the moment of conception. The only way to really feel the magic is to watch this video. If you don’t understand the importance of it, just wait till you hear the Sea World staff begin to cheer wildly with elation and joy at the magnificent birth of Kalina the Killer Whale.

Born September 26th 1985, Kalina is now a vivacious healthy female topping at 4444 lbs and is almost 17ft  in length. This single birth heralded in an age of excellence for Sea World as Kalina came to be know as one of the most talented Killer whales of all time.

Some of her many talents and abilities which includes Fish play, Water hose on top of head, Water jet play, Tongue and mouth tactile, Body tactile, Socialization with other whales, Overall play, Variable feed, Bucket pour, Toys, Visual stimulation, Learning new behaviors, show sequence/environmental changes, Object retrieval, Chew rope, and a Floating disc maneuver.

I really hope you enjoyed this video. I know for me I had to watch this clip over and over again because it was simply that incredible of a birth to watch, especially when the mother begins almost dancing and spiraling over and over to exit the calf.
