You many know that Nagez avec les Dauphin is the way you would say Swim with the Dolphins in French. We had a chance to film Sandy, who is French and had a great time doing it.

Click on the video…

Maybe we can get Sandy write a comment in French of how her day was with the dolphins. How do you like the video?

Wednesday, January 27th, 2010

You might want to read this story from MSNBC about dolphins being the 2nd smartest animals on the planet. The article starts with…

After you read this story, what do you think? Are dolphins # Two? I would like to get your feed back.

Wild Dolphins Photos in California

Saturday, December 26th, 2009

These photos came from one of our Dolphin World Blog readers. I really love when we get these.  This is what Susie had to say about the photos.

“They were taken when I went on a 30 minute boat ride from Redondo
Beach, California on 12/20/09.  The trip wasn’t specifically intended
to be dolphin watching or anything like that, but we came across a
whole pod of dolphins so we watched them swim around the boat and they came very close.  I had never seen so many dolphins that close before and it was an incredible experience.”

Thanks Susie for the photos. I love seeing wild dolphins swimming around.

I hope others send in their dolphins photos to us.
Happy New Year.

Dolphin Photos with Really Cool Jumps

Thursday, December 17th, 2009

We had the pleasure of picking up Jeannette and Rick at the Best Western Oceanside in Fort Lauderdale. They were taking a Caribbean Cruise but spent a few days extra in Fort Lauderdale and got a chance to swim with the dolphin in Miami.

Jeannette told us that she had an amazing day with the dolphins. Hopefully after she and Rick see these photos, they can put in their own words the experience they had.

Hawaii Dolphin Swim New Rates 2010

Wednesday, October 28th, 2009

The swimming with the dolphin in Oahu location has come out with its rates for 2010. The rates have gone up slightly but the new rates do include Free Round Trip Transportation from selected Waikiki Hotels, which is a good thing.  < Click to See Rates >

Hawaii is probably the prettiest location we offer.  I love this park. This park is situated on the side of a volcanic mountain overlooking the North Coast and Ocean, really breath taking. I took my wife here on our Honeymoon and she had a blast there.

Also, the Hawaii location offer the Sea Trek which is where you wear a dive bell and go into a huge aquarium filled with all kinds of tropical fish, different rays, sea turtles, and small sharks.  My wife really loved this since she is not the most adventurous person but got the ocean/scuba diving experience and felt pretty safe. Two dive instructors go into the water with us to ensure safety.

What Does a Dolphin Feel Like

Thursday, September 24th, 2009

When bringing people to swim with the dolphins, the biggest thing people talk about is what a dolphin feel like.  Many say the dolphin skin feels like rubber, some say it feels like a hard boiled egg, and some say it feels like wet leather.

I am curious what you thought the skin would feel like before you entered the water with the dolphins and what it actually felt like to you?

It would be interesting to see what you say.
God Bless,
John
