Dolphin May Get a Prosthetic Tail
Hi there,
Here is a update on Winter and her prosthetic tail. I had mention about her in the past. If you do not remember, Winter’s prosthesis would be the first for a dolphin who lost its tail and the key joint that allows it to move in powerful up-and-down strokes.
To read more on her progress, go to:

If anyone has any feedback on this story, I would love to hear it.

Hi Robert,
Wow, I love your photographs of Winter. I hope everyone can see these pictures of Winter.
Once Winter get the prosthetic tail, will you be around to take photographs of her with the new tail? I hope so.

John,
If it happens, yes, I will be taking plenty of photos, for I live right here in Clearwater Beach, only 10 min. away from the Clearwater Marine Aquarium. I’ll post them on my blog, as well updates over the next few years on her progress.
