Swim with Dolphins Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic
Hi All,
Here is the latest story I wrote about Puerto Plata Dominican. The story starts with when flying into Puerto Plata, one can see why so many people fall in love with this beautiful place. There are miles and miles of sandy beaches, a luscious ocean, rolling mountains, and a green landscape that would make anyone’s heart smile. Landing at the airport, one is greeted in the arrival area with the sound of fun and danceable Salsa music, situated with a Spanish Quartet-happy musicians preparing one for their stay in this lovely land. One needs to be ready for all kinds of adventure, experiencing different culture and customs, activities, and some of the best accommodations in the Caribbean to make this a memorable vacation.

I have always had an interest in dolphins. I would like to ask you an question? Do they really rescue people? and are they really people friendly? I remember as a child; our kindergarden class went to visit a zoo that had dolphins and we were able to feed them and some were allowed to pet them with asistance from the trainers of course. Supervision was needed, so I was under the impresson that they were dangerous.I have heard so many things about these unique fish, along with research and reading I’ve found different stories which cna become very confusing could you help with the few simple questions that I have? And If you have more to share please do so I will deeply appreciate it.

Hi Stajoo,
Yes, there are many stories of how dolphins rescued people. In fact there is one story inside my blog that describs a mans rescue in Cuban waters. To see this post, go

About how friendly dolphins are, you need to see it to believe. Dolphins can be very friendly especially in a trained environment. Again, Dolphins have their moods and there are days when the dolphins do not want to be with people. The trainer know this and let the dolphins be alone and until they are ready to be with people again.
Wild dolphins can be aggressive when they need to. In case to protect the pod or when they hunt for food. The best way to really tell is to try one of our dolphin programs and you will see first hand how beautiful and calm these animals really are. If you have any other specific questions, please let me know.
Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!
