That for starters would help. I know all the dolphin facilities I deal with do not have any dolphins from the this practice. All the dolphins are born at the facilities. I can't understand why anyone would want to do that to such an intelligent species of animals. I think that they really need to be reminded that man is just another intelligent species and that we should treat others as we would wish to be treated. There is a difference in killing an animal for food and torturing an animal to death. The Japanese dolphin "hunters" torture the dolphins. They trap them and kill babies and family members because they know these animals are family oriented and will stay in the area. They drag them behind trucks and cut their throats and let them slowly bleed to death. How can anyone do this to another living, feeling, breathing creature? Yes. we should impose our values on these barbaric killers. We are supposed to protect animals from cruel and inhumane practices.
