Rare “PINK DOLPHIN” Photos

Hi All,
I just saw this news article about this extremely rare and beautiful “pink dolphin” that was spotted and photographed by Capt. Erik Rue of Calcasieu Charter Service on June 24th, 2007 during a charter fishing trip on Calcasieu Lake south of Lake Charles, LA.

Rare Pink Dolphin

To read about this sighting go to: Rare Pink Dolphin Story

What do you think about this story? Do you think it’s possible?

first of all this picture is a fake-the rare pink dolphin is called boto and has a totally different shape than your average dolphin, the boto has some what of a hump by there dosal fin and their dorsal fin is also shorter than the average dolphin.there are many myths about the pink dolphin or boto,i suggest google.com and put in myth of the boto. the dolphine in the picture looks like a rare albino not a boto.

    Hi Tammy,
I am going to check out google about Boto. Very interesting. I plan to put up a post from another blog that claims it is true.
    God Bless,
