Hi All,

Here are some customer comments from July’s dolphin programs.

Vivianne from  Ontario  Canada:

“the experience of the swim was surreal, to be able to look into a dolphins eyes and to be near these wonderful creatures is something that everyone should be able to experience at least once !!”

Richard from  Norwalk,  CT:

“The dolphin encounter and dolphin swim was an unforgettable experience for my children.  It is something that they looked forward to with great expectation.  They had an experience that they will always remember.”

Brad from New Orleans LA:

“Everything that is described on the website is what you will expect, very courteous van driver, professional and safe and very people person, will not just drop you off and your on your own, you will get a personalized tour of the grounds and is very detailed about what and when and where things occur at, makes you feel like you have a chauffered priavte guid, makes you feel special. be my guest to use my comments.”

Patricia from North Carolina:

“I am a 62 year old female, with two degenerative disc in my lower back. I have always admire the dolphins and since the first Flipper television show, have always wants to experience swimming with a dolphin. Touching a dolphin, I have been at the three Sea Worlds in the USA, just didn’t seem the same. Missing the chance in Ocho Rios, Jamaica, decided to make a special trip, by myself, to Nassau, Bahamas for one day to have the chance to swim with the dolphins. The boat ride to the Blue Lagoon was breathtaking and the Blue Lagoon, itself, is the most beautiful place I have ever seen in my life, including Japan, Thailand, Eastern Caribbean, Western Caribbean, Ocho Rios, Jamaica, and the Grand Caymans. The orientation we received gave me and everyone else in attendance a better respect and concern for the dolphins living in the wild. As well as a greater understand and appreciation for those in captivity. My swim with the dolphins in Nassau was more than I anticipated or imagined. Touching their warm, smooth skin and to interact with them was the most unbelievable thrilling, exhilarating experience of my life. I will remember every moment I spent with the dolphins for the rest of my life. And I truly believe everyone should have this experience at least once in their life time. As for me I hope to have the experience again.

Swim with Dolphins – For Women or Men?

Hi there,

I am always amazed on my tours how many more women participate in the swim with dolphins programs we offer in Florida. It seems about 95% of my clientele are women. Today on my tour was the first time in a long time, which a single man wanted to do the swim with dolphins program and was excited about doing this. Most men are participating because they doing it for their wife or girlfriend, not because they wanted to do it or were excited about it.

This guy is enjoying his dolphin experience :)

I know I see many men with pets so I know men enjoy animals as much as women but when it comes to dolphins, they just don’t seem to want to swim with them.

Do you have any theories why? I thought I would get some feed back from my readers.

Swimming with the Dolphins in Miami Customer Comment

Hi All,

It is always nice when a former customer takes time from their busy schedule and emails us about their experience and send photos too. These comments are from a young married couple, Cory and Randi Knight from Texas that took the Pick Up Service where we picked them up from the Beachcomber Hotel in Pompano Beach and brought them down for their Dolphin Swim in Miami.

So no further ado, here are their words…

” The Dolphin World experience from the van ride down and the dolphin swim was one we will never forget. My wife swam with the dophins in the deep water experience and I went as an observer. I am so glad I went as an observer because I got to take tons of pictures and video of my wife having the best time of her life. It was such a joy to see her so happy enjoying one of God’s beautiful creations. Our experience was interupted by a 15 min rain; however, we got to spend a little more time with the dolphins because we got out and in the water. The dolphin swim in Miami was very fun and there was plenty to do. There were shows back to back all day long!! It was def. one of the best days we have ever had on a vacation. ”

Well, those were nice comments from Cory and Randi. Switching gears a little, does anyone out there have some New Marine Animal or Dolphin news I should know about?

Grandmother 80 Year Old Swim with Dolphins

Hi All,

I am not sure if this is a record but it is the oldest person I have ever seen swimming with the dolphins. I have been involved with this buiness since 1995. It was really cool, Dolores, 80 years old or young as she likes to say, was given this gift by her daughter and grand daughters. Dolores is from Chicago and has always been the adventurous one in her family.

Dolores, Center, surrounded by Family

Dolores was never afraid for a second. She jumped in the water just like all the others. She screamed with laughter and enjoyed every moment, epecially the fun Dorsal Fin ride and all the other activities with the dolphins. Her family had such a blast being with Dolores and you could tell she was inspiration to them and the others that were in the water with her.

So when I say this is for everyone, now Dolores proves that my statement is so true !! Do you think Dolores was too old and should not do a swim with the dolphins?

Sea Life Park in Hawaii – Swim with the Dolphins

Hi All,

I am in Hawaii to discover Oahu and Sea Life Park Hawaii. Everyone tells you how beautiful Hawaii is and they are correct. Unfortunately I won’t be able to island hop this trip but I am focusing more on discovering Oahu and the activities to do here.

Here is an outline of what I have done so far:

Day 1 – I drove around the eastern side of the island and went to the Polynesian Cultural Center

Day 2 – Went to Sea Life Park and did the Royal Dolphin Swim, Sea Trek, and Luau. The park was way better than I thought.

Swimming with the dolphins in Hawaii

Today – I am off to discover Waikiki, Diamond Head, and China Town.

I plan to have more stories up on the net soon. Has anyone any suggestions of places to eat or activities to see before I leave on Saturday?
God Bless,
John
